Terms of Service
Legal parameters for utilizing StackIndex procurement intelligence.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or utilizing the StackIndex database, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
2. Nature of the Intelligence (Not Professional Advice)
StackIndex utilizes algorithmic engines to aggregate, calculate, and publish B2B SaaS comparisons. While we strive for absolute accuracy in calculating pricing inflection points and operational blindspots, software features and pricing tiers change rapidly.
The intelligence provided on this platform is for informational and research purposes only. It does not constitute binding procurement, legal, or financial advice. Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before signing enterprise contracts or purchasing software.
3. Limitation of Liability
StackIndex and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our intelligence database. This includes, but is not limited to, unexpected software costs, vendor API limitations, or business interruptions caused by platforms featured on our site.
4. Intellectual Property
The proprietary architecture, database structure, and formatting of our intelligence briefs (including the "BLUF", Pricing Math, and Operational Blindspots frameworks) are the intellectual property of StackIndex. You may not scrape, copy, or programmatically extract data from our platform to build a competing database without explicit written permission.
5. Affiliate Revenue Firewall
As detailed in our Transparency Policy, StackIndex may earn referral commissions from external links. However, by using our site, you acknowledge our commitment that all data scoring, feature parity checks, and algorithm outputs are processed independent of affiliate commission rates.
6. Discovery Engine Submissions
By submitting tools to our Discovery Engine, you grant StackIndex the right to research, evaluate, and publish intelligence regarding those platforms. We do not guarantee that every submitted tool will be indexed or published.
